Maestra Sahm received her Master at Arms certification in 2004 from the Fencing Masters Program when it was affliated with San Jose State Univeristy, CA. She is one of the first women to achieve this internationally recognized certification.
Maestra Sahm holds an Adult Education Teaching Credential and currently teaches a range of subjects including drawing, painting, printmaking, pen and ink, knit and croceht, sewing, and, of course, fencing.
Maestra Sahm received a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine art from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She designs and creates hand-crafted products including fencing clothing and accessories.
